I am Andrew Shaw and this website is home to my thoughts, ideas and suggested methods relating to the top-line growth of business-to-business (B2B) firms. The site is intended for a wide audience, including CEOs and Divisional Heads, as well as fellow Sales and Marketing professionals.
Why ‘customer centric’ growth? My philosophy is simple: growth depends on the customer experience being the starting point for all marketing and sales activity.
